Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds.
By purchasing any product, service, subscription, or digital asset from Conecta (Financial Frontera LLC), you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable.
What This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Software subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- One-time digital products
- Starter packs, templates, and workflows
- SMS credits
- Setup fees
- Consulting, coaching, or Growth Roadmap services
Because Conecta provides instant access to digital products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Access will remain active until the end of the paid term.
Exceptions
We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial usage
- Failure to use the product
- Changes in business needs
- User error or misunderstanding of features
- Third-party integrations or platform limitations
