Zoom Integration
Automatically create, update, and delete Zoom meetings when you manage appointments inside Conecta.
Adding the Zoom Integration
- Log in to your Conecta account at app.holaconecta.com
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Find the Zoom integration card
- Click the Connect button
- You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection
- Sign in to your Zoom account and grant the necessary permissions
- You will be redirected back to Conecta with the integration connected
Using Zoom with Appointments
Enabling Zoom Meetings for Services
Before Zoom meetings can be created automatically, you need to enable them for specific services:
- Go to Settings → Calendar → Events tab
- Create a new event/service or edit an existing one
- Enable the "Auto-create Zoom meeting" toggle
- Save the event/service
Note: You must connect Zoom in Settings → Integrations before you can enable the toggle. Each service/event can have Zoom meetings enabled or disabled independently.
Automatic Meeting Management
Once connected and enabled, Zoom meetings are automatically managed for your appointments:
- Creation: When you create a new appointment for a service with Zoom enabled, a Zoom meeting is automatically generated
- Updates: When you change the appointment time or service, the Zoom meeting is automatically updated to match
- Deletion: When an appointment is cancelled, the associated Zoom meeting is automatically deleted
Viewing Zoom Meetings
Zoom meeting information is displayed in multiple places:
- Calendar Page: Click on any appointment event to see the Zoom meeting details in the event drawer
- Booking Modal: When viewing or editing appointments, you'll see a "Join Zoom Meeting" button and passcode (if required)
- Client Portal: Clients can view and join Zoom meetings from their booking detail page when logged into the client portal
Organization-Level Integration: The Zoom integration is connected at the organization level. Once connected, all team members can use Zoom meetings, but each service/event must have the toggle enabled individually.
Removing the Zoom Integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the Zoom integration card
- Click the Disconnect button
- Confirm that you want to disconnect the integration
- The Zoom integration will be removed, and new appointments will no longer automatically create Zoom meetings
Note: Disconnecting Zoom will not affect existing appointments or their Zoom meeting links. Only future appointments will be created without Zoom meetings.
Privacy & Data Handling
Conecta uses Zoom meeting scopes to automatically create, update, and delete Zoom meetings when users manage appointments inside our app:
- Create: Zoom meetings are automatically created when appointments are saved for services with Zoom enabled
- Update: Zoom meetings are automatically updated when appointment times or services are changed
- Delete: Zoom meetings are automatically deleted when appointments are cancelled
Here's how we handle your Zoom data:
- Data We Store: For each meeting, we store only the meeting ID, join URL, start URL, and passcode so we can display them in booking details and send them to clients.
- Security: OAuth tokens and meeting metadata are stored securely on our servers, encrypted at rest.
- What We Don't Access: We do not access or store meeting content or recordings.
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not share any Zoom data with third parties.

- Active internet connection for OAuth authorization
